Returns & Exchanges

Clothing: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for online store credit or exchanged for another available size. No refunds are issued for change of mind, except where required by law.

To request a size exchange, or report an incorrect or damaged item, email feedback@drivnapparel.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos when applicable. We will review your request within two business days.

Skateboards are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by law.

Packages sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.

Fitted caps: One inspected size exchange may be requested within 14 days of delivery. No refunds are offered for fit, sizing, or change of mind, except where required by law. A brief indoor try-on is permitted, but the cap must be returned in resalable condition with all original stickers, tags, and packaging intact. Caps with odor, sweat, stains, makeup, hair product, creasing, reshaping, brim alteration, or other signs of wear cannot be accepted. Customers pay return shipping. Exchanges are subject to inspection and size availability. If the requested size is unavailable, online store credit will be issued.

For sizing help, view the video below. If your measurement falls between sizes, order the larger size. If you do not have a soft measuring tape, use a piece of string and measure it against a ruler.

Wrong Address: If you provide an address that the courier considers insufficient, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order after we confirm an updated address with you.

Unclaimed: Shipments that go unclaimed at your doorstep or specified delivery location may be returned to our warehouse. You will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order when applicable.

EU consumers: EU consumers generally have 14 days after delivery of the last item in an eligible online order to withdraw without giving a reason and receive any refund required by law. Exceptions may apply to goods made to the customer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
